EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT FOR PLANNING AND INSTITUTIONAL EFFECTIVENESS
Genesee Community College has opened the search for a proven leader with a strong history of overseeing major institutional cross-functional team projects from conception to completion and identifying opportunities for efficiency. The Executive Vice President for Planning and Institutional Effectiveness reports to the President and is responsible for promoting the collaborative efforts of the College’s Vice Presidents as they and their staff members pursue institution goals.
The successful candidate must possess a Masters Degree in administration, business, higher education or some related area. Experience with long range and strategic planning, human resource development, institutional research and/or program assessment is required. Related experience in community college administration is preferred, particularly in affirmative action, collective bargaining, grants administration and safety.
