This project consists of three phases:
- Analysis of feedback from identified market-responsive community colleges on issues that will frame a national dialogue on workforce development priorities and solutions and identify exemplary models
- Organization of a series of forums for chambers of commerce and community colleges. Each forum will challenge the leaders of community colleges and chambers of commerce to identify promising practices, market-responsive challenges, and keys to the economic success of communities across the country
- Production of "how to" guides for both local chambers of commerce and community colleges that describe the successful elements and promising practices of proven market-responsive chamber of commerce-community college partnerships and provide models and guidance on implementation
