Parking at Marriott Wardman Park

Self-parking, fee: 36 USD daily*
Valet parking, fee: 41 USD daily

*If the self-park garage is full, plan to use valet parking. There is very limited street parking (2 hour limit) around the hotel.


Arriving by Air

Washington, DC is serviced by three different airports:

Reagan National is closest to the Washington, DC but seldom has the lowest airfares. Baltimore Washington International (BWI) and Dulles are both about 45-60 minutes from Washington, DC.


Arriving by Train

Washington Union Station is the closest train station to the Marriott Wardman Park.  


Getting to the Hotel

The Marriott Wardman Park does not provide airport shuttle service.

Following is the estimated fare from each airport to the Marriot Wardman Park hotel. Estimates are for travel one way. All cabs are metered, so depending on traffic and time of day fares could be higher.

  • Reagan National Airport - $25-$35

Shared Ride Vans

Metrorail

Metrorail is the region’s rapid-transit system, providing access to Downtown Washington, D.C., and other destinations.

Reagan National is directly accessible via Metro (subway). BWI and Dulles are indirectly accessible via metro.

The Marriott Wardman Park hotel is .01 miles from the Woodley Park-Zoo/Adams Morgan Metro station on the Red Line.


Directions from Reagan National Airport 

  • Take the Yellow Line train in the direction of FORT TOTTEN METRO STATION
  • Disembark at GALLERY PLACE/CHINATOWN
  • Walk up stairs to board Red Line train towards SHADY GROVE
  • Arrive at WOODLEY PARK-ZOO/ADAMS MORGAN

Directions from BWI via Metro Green Line

Metro offers BWI Express Metro bus service between BWI and the Greenbelt metro station. The service provides a direct connection between BWI and the Greenbelt metro station. The BWI Express/B30 service runs every 40 minutes, 7 days a week to the Greenbelt metro station, which is located on the Green Line of the Washington Metro System.

From the Greenbelt Station:

  • Board Green Line towards BRANCH AVENUE
  • Disembark at FORT TOTTEN
  • Board Red Line train towards SHADY GROVE
  • Arrive at WOODLEY PARK-ZOO/ADAMS MORGAN

Directions from Dulles International Airport

The nearest metrorail station to Dulles is the West Falls Church Station on the Orange Line. Direct transportation to this station is available from the Washington Flyer Coach Service. Enjoy a comfortable, climate-controlled ride equipped with reclining seats and ample luggage space. Each coach is handicapped accessible. Buses depart approximately every 30 minutes and boarding announcements are made inside the airport.

Tickets can be purchased (one-way or round-trip) at the Washington Flyer Coach ticket counter located at Arrivals Door #4 in the Main Terminal.

From the West Falls Church Station:

  • Board Orange Line train towards NEW CARROLLTON
  • Disembark at METRO CENTER
  • Walk up stairs and board Red Line train towards SHADY GROVE
  • Arrive at WOODLEY PARK-ZOO/ADAMS MORGAN

Directions from Union Station

  • Board Red Line train in the direction of SHADY GROVE
  • Arrive at WOODLEY PARK-ZOO/ADAMS MORGAN
