AACC Expands Consulting Services for Members

COE.net proudly announces that it is now a service provider for the American Association of Community Colleges (AACC).

COE.net is an international network of people with outstanding expertise in Appreciative Inquiry, Coaching, Consulting, Facilitating, Keynoting, and Training. The network exists primarily to serve the professional, organizational development and operational needs of community colleges since 1989.

Consulting and Organization Development

Specialties include Action Research, Administrator Temps, Appreciative Inquiry, Change Management, Executive Coaching and Counseling, Hiring for Diversity, Learning Organizations, Organizational Assessment, Organizational Climate, Organizational Culture, Restructuring, Role Clarification, Strategic Needs or Gap Analysis, Strategic Planning, Surveys, and Systems Thinking.

Facilitating

Specialties include Conflict Resolution, Group Dynamics and Group Process, Mediation, Meetings, Retreats, and Team Interventions for small and large groups.

Keynoting

Our Experts on Call have expertise in keynoting on a variety of topics.

Training and Development

Our Experts on Call have expertise in helping individuals, groups, and organizations define their desired learning outcomes, i.e., knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits. Based on those desired outcomes, our Experts design active, experiential, interactive, participatory seminars and workshops to help participants achieve them. COE.net currently offers campus-based workshops on the topic of your choice, and campus-hosted Appreciative Inquiry Facilitator Training (AIFT©), Department Chair Institute (DCI), Instructional Skills Workshop (ISW) Facilitator Training, Leadership Development Institute (LDI), and Presentation Skills Workshop (PSW) Facilitator Training.
