Your Vote, Your Voice Your Vote, Your Voice is a handbook produced by the National Campus Voter Registration Project. The goal of this project is to support campus-based political and electoral activities at the 3,700 U.S. colleges and universities. Effective with the 2000 presidential election, postsecondary institutions are now required to make a good-faith effort to distribute voter registration forms to all of their on-campus degree- or certificate-seeking students. This must be done prior to their state’s voter registration deadline for all federal and gubernatorial elections. Please share this handbook with your key student, faculty, and administrative leaders. The project is a cooperative effort of 48 Washington, D.C.-based national higher education associations.
