HUD's Office of University Partnerships has announced the fifth round of Doctoral Dissertation Research Grants Program. Up to 15 grants of $15,000 each will be awarded to doctoral candidates in HUD-related fields. Grants will be unrestricted in use as long as they support direct costs incurred in the timely completion of the dissertation. HUD policy priorities for this year include Economic Development as Part of Welfare-to-Work Initiatives; Faith-Based Community-Building Efforts; Workforce Development.
