The American Association of Community Colleges (AACC), a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, relies on membership fees, and contributions from individuals, corporations, and foundations to help maintain its programs and provide important operating revenue.

AACC also receives program-specific grants from foundations, U.S. government agencies, and other outside sources.
