Founders' Circle Endowment Step into our prestigious circle and help ensure a lasting legacy for community colleges To mark the beginning of the second century of community colleges, the American Association of Community Colleges has created the Founders’ Circle Endowment. The fund is designed to provide an enduring source of funding to expand services and innovative programs of benefit to the nation’s community colleges through AACC. The fund itself will be perpetual, but eligibility to participate in the Founders’ Circle will extend only through the end of 2002.
Contributors to the Founders’ Circle provide a gift that will last forever. Only a specified percent of return on the fund’s investment will be used each year. The main body of the assets will be invested to provide an ongoing stream of revenue for new AACC initiatives. Those who provide leadership gifts to the Founders’ Circle will be recognized in very distinctive ways.
- Recognition on a permanent display at AACC headquarters in Washington, D.C.
- Acknowledgement at the AACC Annual Convention and at other key events
- Founders’ Circle certificate for individual display
- Recognition in AACC publications
