Background Information
The Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) recently released by the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) to distribute the remaining $2.6 billion in stimulus funds for broadband expansion prioritizes applications that serve community colleges.
Since the NTIA released this NOFA, AACC has heard from several different providers of broadband services that are interested in partnering with community colleges for their proposals. Some of these providers are described below, along with contact information should your institution wish to explore a potential partnership with them.
NOTE: AACC does not endorse these broadband providers, but is simply providing their information for interested parties to make connections. We will post information for any provider that indicates an interest in doing so.
