At-a-Glance
- Renton Technical College pioneered use of Reading Apprenticeship & IBEST to improve student completion rates. It has been recognized as an Achieving the Dream Leader College for our sustained improvements in student success.
- RTC was the lead college in a successful $2.1-million, U.S. Department of Labor TAAACCT grant as part of the Air Washington coalition. This unique aerospace partnership provides targeted skills training to meet local job demand.
- The college has one of six nationally recognized anesthesia technologist training programs certified by the American Society of Anesthesia Technologists and Technicians.
