Summary

Colleges ramp up industrial training programs to meet workforce demand. W.W. Grainger, recognizing the need for skilled workers in the industrial trades, created Tools for Tomorrow scholarships to help students enrolled in programs such as welding, plumbing, automotive mechanics, and construction.
