POSITION -- Since 2013, President of the New River Community and Technical College, a public institution with four campuses, an advanced technology center and multiple centers serving nine counties in southern West Virginia.
PREVIOUS -- Served as campus vice president, Harrisburg Area Community College; vice president, Kellogg Community College; dean for student services, Kellogg Community College; dean for student development/director of support services, Kellogg Community College; director of upward bound, Kellogg Community College; adjunct instructor, social science and arts/communication department, Kellogg Community College; part-time instructor, distance learning and elementary education departments, Western Michigan University.
AFFILIATIONS -- Serves on boards: Beckley-Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, Region 1 Workforce Investment Board. Served on boards: Boys Scouts of America, Lions Club, Rotary Club, North Museum of Natural History and Science, SAFE Place, National Council on Student Development (AACC), SNAP Inc. Preschool and Daycare.
