POSITION: SINCE 2010 President of Southern State Community College, an Ohio public two-year community college serving five rural counties across four campuses and several additional locations in southern Ohio.

PREVIOUS: led a distinguished 31-year career in K-12 education serving as teacher, principal, and superintendent in two suburban Cincinnati school districts.

AFFILIATIONS: Appointed to VFA Oversight Board of the American Association of Community Colleges; Serves on boards: Community Colleges of Appalachia; Hillsboro Rotary Club; Southwest Ohio High Schools That Work. Leadership affiliations: Past Chair of President’s Committee and Vice-Chair of the Ohio Association of Community Colleges (OACC) Governing Board; Co-Chair of OACC CEO Search Committee; Co-Chair to the Ohio Higher Education Funding Commission for formulating recommendations for over $450M dollars in Capital Expenditures for Ohio’s public universities and colleges; Past Chair and current Executive Committee member of the Southwestern Ohio Council for Higher Education Board of Trustees; Advisory Affiliations: Complete College Ohio Task Force; Great Oaks Institute of Technology and Career Development Business Council, Franklin University Council of Presidents, Clinton County Leadership Institute Program Development.
