POSITION -- Since 2001, President of Jackson Community College Michigan, a public institution in Jackson County, and three additional centers in Jackson, Hillsdale and Lenawee Counties.
PREVIOUS -- Served as President of Southeastern Community College (IA); Executive Vice President of Educational & Student Services, Western Nebraska Community College (NE); Executive Director of the Business & Industry Institute, Johnson County Community College (KS); Director of Economic Development, North Iowa Area Community College (IA); and Director of Admissions, Mount St. Clare College, (IA).
AFFILIATIONS -- Serves on boards: American Association of Community Colleges (AACC) 21st Century Commission Steering Committee, and Implementation Team #7 Co-Chair; Continuous Quality Improvement Network (CQIN); Center for Community College Student Engagement (CCCSE); Lenawee Economic Development Corporation; and the Jackson Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Governors. Member: Higher Learning Commission Consultant/Evaluator Corps, the Michigan Community College Association Board; Editorial Board for the Journal of Applied Research in the Community College.
