Students at Hudson County Community College grapple with financial, language, and cultural barriers. Fortunately for them, the college is in the business of making possibilities realities. The college implemented a 5-year strategic plan to improve the chances of success for students. New programs and initiatives have led to dramatic increases in retention and graduation rates.
